Introduce My New Redesigned Blog!

say 'R' for RANI yeaaayyy!
Hi people, after long days I had not touch this blog, I’ve decided to make a new look and post something different. The word ‘something’ here refers to my thoughts and contemplations for being a girl (not yet to be a woman) in her twenty something. I often ask myself who am I, what’s the purpose of my life, why I was born in this family, how come I met this person, and many else. Yet this blog is going to be a milestone for me and if someday I look back at the past, I have reasons for my present. Back to the question of ‘who am I’, this is a bit story I’m going to tell ya.
I’ve realized that now I’m 22. Oh my God, feels like just yesterday I was 17! I’m the youngest of my fam, my brothers are two, one of them has married, and my parents are enjoying their life after retired. Currently I’m pursuing bachelor degree in University of Indonesia, this semester (hopefully) is going to be the last. After graduation, the world would be a jungle for me. Oh sometimes I feel not ready, but the clock cannot be stopped or turn backward either, and just like my professor once said: whether you like or dislike, you got to do it. *sigh*
Well okay, so I got myself was born in Indonesia, I have to customize with the East culture though I’m a liberal person. Moreover, I’m an agnostic (we can discuss it later). I don’t smoke but I love red wine. I like photography and I’m into ballroom dancing. For God’s sake I always think myself dancing in the rhythm of cha-cha-cha, rumba, waltz, tango, samba, and quicksteps! I used to practice twice a week (4 hours each), but since I get busy as a trainee in a multinational company, I don’t have time to rehearse anymore :’( but hopefully this September I can go back to the dancefloor.
Talking about campus life, I’m going to write my thesis (finally!). At first, my thesis would be about Supply Chain Management. But due to my background study in Business Administration concentrated in Finance, my academic advisor told me to change my research topic to something smells Finance (grrr L). But thank goodness, I’ve googling deeper and just found a new developed theory: Supply Chain Finance. I think this theory is freshly baked from the oven, even my lecturer have no idea about it! Perfect. I can have an explorative research, and no longer wait the bachelor title is on my hands.
Though graduation day is in front of my eyes, I desire to have a kind of student exchange, summer school, or maybe a backpacking trip. I want to explore another country, different culture, and learn new language. I’m still young and free, I want to have more friends. I determined to make my dreams come true.
