The most common comments would be:
1) Are you out of your mind?! You already got slim, what makes you think you're fat?
2) Are you sure? It's not easy you know.
3) I bet you'll give up dieting on the 2nd day!
Sometimes people are used to react negatively to the others. Particularly for diet issue, people could be very sensitive, think diet is only for the obese and seized with fear that they might be one of them. But let's think from the other side. Our daily life have been way too easy rather than our parents and grandparents. We have decent house, reguler job, fixed income, and office environment where we spend our workdays sitting in front of computer. Indeed, we are less sweating, because we have vehicle, blackberry, and credit card. Thus, easy life lead us to gain weight easily.
In addition, diet issue affects our confidence. We (woman) think the slimmer body we have, the more confidence we are to attract man. But sometimes people already stressed with the diet preparation itself so the result cannot be maximum. Other people trying to reduce his/her meal portion without considering how much nutrition missing that he/she actually needed.
I have experienced all the mentioned line above. So I thought I should have a dicipline diet program which my daily meal is supplied with balanced calories & nutritions. My choice
ended with WRP 6 Day Diet Pack. Don't get me wrong, I bought this because I have gastric pain and diabetics gene, so being picky (in choosing meals) is a must. Beside competitive price, the pack has scheduled mealtime. It says you can reduce weight up to 1.5 kgs only in a week. Hmm let's see how if it works for the next 6 days ahead. Diet starts tomorrow!
